How would you like to play unlimited weekday golf in a month of your choosing? 

What? Weekdays are no good for you?

Then Pick any four Saturdays or any four Sundays within the next 12 months and play for free.

Join and play in the Golf Association at Gambler Ridge Golf Club and receive points for every event you participate in and points for placing within the top 15 finishing positions.  Each event winner receives 15 points, second place receives 14 points, third place receives 13 points and so on until all the points are distributed.  Anyone that plays receives 5 points for event participation.

At the end of the regular season the golfer with the total number of points is the winner!
Prizes for 2nd and 3rd place high point finishers too!

Reduced Green Fees
Rules:
  1. Race at the Ridge for the 2007 Golf Association Season.
  2. Points are awarded based on low net scores per event where you are playing your own ball through out 18 holes.
  3. Points are awarded as follows: 5-points for event participation, 125 total points available per event (including participation), on an individual basis (everyone plays and scores their own ball) with winner (low net score) receiving 15 points, 2nd place receives 14 points, 3rd place receives 13 points and so on until all the available points are given out.
  4. Ties in the point events will be decided based on PGA money splits.  For example, tie for 2nd and 3rd would add the points for 2nd and 3rd then split them between the 2 players. Example tie for 2nd & 3rd  (13+12) = 25 / 2 = 12.5 points each.  If three players tie for 2nd then that would yield (13+12+11) = 36 / 3 = 12 points each.
  5. Rain-outs – points awarded for participation if player was signed-up and had a scheduled tee-time. Participation points will not be awarded if the event was canceled prior to it's scheduled event date.

Players will be seeded into the Club Championship round based on total accumulated points over the season and by flight.  If there is a point tie within a  flight, then the player's handicap index will be used to break the tie.  If there still a tie, then total events played in the season per player will be used.  If there is still a tie, then flip of a coin will be used.
  7. If point rounding is needed for seeding purposes, it will occur at the end-of the last event for the season.
  8. At the end of season there will be a total point winner with the highest number of points.
  9. Weekly leader board of players and their points earned will be posted on this web site and in our golf shop.
  10. Winner receives a choice of either unlimited weekday green fees with a cart within a month of his or her choosing, or green fees with a cart on four Saturdays or four Sundays within the next 12 months.
  11. Second place receives two weeks of unlimited weekday green fees with a cart within the month of his or her choosing, or green fees with a cart on two Saturdays or two Sundays within the next 12 months.
  12. Third place receives one week of unlimited weekday green fees with a cart within the month of his or her choosing, or green fees with a cart on one Saturdays or one Sundays within the next 12 months.
  13. Prizes are not transferable to another person.
